Techlink™'s GAMEPLAN Comes Out on Top.

November 22, 2007

Sydney, Nova Scotia – As public concern for problem gaming associated with Video Lottery Terminals (VLT’s) increases, regulators are eager to introduce new and innovative responsible gaming solutions.  Techlink Entertainment’s GAMEPLAN (a responsible gaming device) is leading the way. The Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation has chosen this solution to help educate and empower players to gamble more responsibly.

“We are very pleased that the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation (NSGC) chose our solution as the best of several proposals they received in response to their Request for Proposals in April of this year.  GAMEPLAN is the only solution on the market today that has been proven through extensive field-testing and research.  Three independent research firms, two Canadian and one from Las Vegas, agreed that our product has a positive impact on gambling behaviour.  Providing players with the right information and tools is critical in helping them gamble responsibly,” notes John Xidos, President and CEO of Techlink Entertainment.

Techlink has spent the past decade researching, developing, and testing responsible gaming solutions.  As part of the winning proposal, Techlink has partnered with Rite Solutions based in Rhode Island.  This company will be providing expertise in the area of networking and solutions management.

“The board of directors has always had great faith in Techlink and the products it develops.  The GAMEPLAN device is a revolutionary product that has already generated significant interest in the investment community.  With the announcement by the NSGC, we expect the company’s growth will continue at a significant pace”, comments Martin Chernin, investor and member of the Techlink Board of Directors.

The continued rise in popularity of VLT’s has created significant revenue streams for jurisdictions.  Along with these new revenue streams - has come a demand to make sure players are gambling responsibly.  Techlink’s proven solution is garnering interest from several jurisdictions in Canada and abroad.
