Objective of the Position:
Produce and maintain Graphic Content. The content includes graphics but is not limited to:
- Static game images such as backgrounds scenes, labels, buttons, fonts
- Animated game content, win symbol animations, bonus animations and idle animations
- Help screens content
- Web site content
- Marketing materials
- Administrative reports
Key Accountabilities:

Key Tasks and Activities:
- Develop graphical assets from concept to final content package
- Efficiently resolve post development graphical issues
- Maintains, meet, and report on individual performance and work flow efficiency to deliver on project time lines without sacrificing quality.
- Design, revise and refine graphical assets as defined by Design team and Lead Graphic Designer by following and meeting goals set forth the Design Team and Lead Graphic Designer.
- Works closely with and maintains pipeline work flow with team members
- Identify and solve potential user interface problems
- Actively participate in Game Development and Graphic Development meetings
- Participate in game concept refinement
- Conceptualizes graphical assets from written concept description and verbal discussion
- Participate as member of Game Project Teams
- Maintain asset revisions by following Graphic Asset Revision Process
- Design graphic content within target platform limitation and requirement guidelines
- Design graphic content within Game Framework parameter and requirement guidelines
- Support the Game Development and Graphic Design Department's long and short term goals
- Maintain a daily log of activities
Knowledge Requirements:
- Proficient use of tools such as Adobe product suite, Autodesk Maya, et al.
- Keen eye for detail, layout, typography, color usage and overall design flow
- Inherent ability to creatively develop ideas and concepts
- Strong aptitude relating specifically to Adobe Photoshop

Formal Education and Training:
- Graphic Design Diploma or combination of similar diploma and industry experience.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a graphic designer.
